Download the app
Download BairitoneHelper.exe. Save it to your Desktop (or any folder you prefer).
Open the app
Double-click BairitoneHelper.exe. Find its icon near the Windows clock; click ^ if hidden.
No app window opens.
Look near the clock Connect the device
Connect your Bairitone device to the computer by USB, then turn the device ON. Upload starts automatically.

Leave it connected
Keep the app running, the computer awake, and the device connected.
YELLOWWorkingFinish and safely remove
Wait for the app’s “safe to unplug” message, even if the dot is green. In the Windows tray, right-click Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media > Eject for the Bairitone device. Wait for Windows to confirm safe removal, then turn off the device and unplug it.
“No new recordings to upload” also means you can eject.
